BOTTLEjet-12/1 – bottle rinser

Description

The bottle rinser BOTTLEjet stands for reliable rinsing of bottles in lines with a production speed of up to 5.000 bottles per hour. The cleaning media is water, air can be optionally used.

  • After feeding the bottles through the star wheel, the bottles are handed over to the open gripper head.
  • The bottles then are turned by 180 degrees upwards.
  • In overhead position, the bottles are rinsed with water in the first third of the machine, as an option air can be used. I Afterwards, the water drips out of the bottle.
  • Finally, the bottles are turned back by the mechanical guide, the gripper head opens and bottles are fed to the subsequent process.

Short set-up times when changing bottle formats:

  • Through scissors stars in the feeding area, the machine does not require format adjustments.
  • Simple set-up of bottle height through a central spindle.
  • No exchange of head grippers is required as bottles are handled at the bottle neck – differences in bottle neck diameter are compensated by the soft-grip system.
  • The rinser is therefore ready to handle multiple bottle sizes.

Low running cost:

  • Mass reduction in the machine design of rotating parts, e.g. no water distribution on top of the basic valve plate.
  • The optimized drive unit leads to less energy consumption through reduced weight and maintenance free bearings.
  • Reduction of wear and tear parts, e.g. through compensation of bearings. I Mechanical process without any air pressure.
  • Optimized water consumption through utilization of used water (optional).
