AEROgrip – the gripper air rinser

Description
The air rinser is used in the area of BFC (before the counter) medical products, when cleaning jars, e.g. for marmalade or spices or when cleaning containers of all different formats.
- The containers are loaded laterally, the feeding can be done parallel to the machine or in a 90 degree angle.
- The containers take over is carried out by a gripper conveyor and hey will be turned 180 degrees and lead down.
- The gripper belt is very gentle to the surface and can be easily adjusted to different container diameters or widths with a hand wheel - optionally with a servomotor.
- At the bottom, when the containers are upside down, they will be cleaned with ionized air - optional as well with water or other liquids.
- The second curve conveys the containers upwards while turning them 180 degrees.
- The containers can now be handed over to the customers conveyor.
As filler of bulk goods you benefit by the advantages of the AEROgrip:
- Fast changeover between different container formats (mechanical or servomotor).
- The change of format parts is reduced to a minimum and is limited to the infeed and discharge.
- The containers should not come in contact with other materials in the head area.
- Guide the containers only laterally on the outside.
